My friend since 2004 has had an unbelievably terrible time getting a job after she lost hers some years ago. She is now being evicted from her apartment. She will be able to move in with a friend, but she cannot take her beloved Pogy with her. So... Pogy needs a home. She will be ousted from her apartment at the end of this month. Her only other option is to take Pogy to a pound and hope someone will adopt her. As dog lovers know, this is the most traumatizing thing that can happen to a dog. They are sad and confused that they have lost their human and they can't understand what is happening. Can you please help find a foster or forever ... (Read More)home? I will help with food and medical expenses. In fact, I will pay for her food and medical expenses in perpetuity for as long as you have her. (We are at our legal limit of dogs, else I would home her myself.) If you live out of town or out of state, I will drive her to you. About Pogy. Pogy is a pitbull. She is about 5 yrs of age. She was rescued by Maureen Sullivan's sister in law about 2.5 years ago. She can only be adopted by folks who have no other dogs. She is dog aggressive but---like most pitbulls---will love the snot out of every human she meets. (Less)
