Personality: Average Energy, Average Temperament
Health: Spayed, Vaccinations Current

Stella is a beautiful, blue Staffy/pit mix. She is about two years old, but it has been a rough two years! Stella's family was homeless and while in the care of a friend, she was attacked with a machete and nearly died. Luckily concerned citizens contacted the rescue and Stella had emergency surgery to save her. Stella is very loving and affectionate to people but she is not friendly towards other animals. She can play a little rough, so we recommend only older children in her family. Stella is spayed, vaccinated, heartworm negative, microchipped, treated with a general wormer, on heartworm and flea prevention. Her adoption fee is ... (Read More)$200. American Staffordshire Terrier    Age: Young Adult

Compatibility: Good w/ Female Dogs Only, Not Good w/ Cats, Good w/ Adults (Not Kids)
Personality: High Energy, Very Dominant
Health: Neutered, Needs Vaccinations, Fearful/Anxious

Tank is a hyper 5 year old with the temperament of a 5 month old! He LOVES to run and play but doesn't always play nice with other dogs. Haven't had any problems with him and female dogs however, they usually submit right away. Older children who are comfortable and experienced with dogs would be OK in the home but please no little ones. He gets so excited and happy to see people he will accidentally knock over anyone not big enough to hold their own. He's a sweet, smart, lovey, cuddly 90lb lap dog with a big heart and smile. Just needs someone patient to teach a few manners and spoil him

Rescue Me ID: 16-10-30-00275Nugget (female)

American Staffordshire Terrier Mix    Age: Puppy

Compatibility: Good w/ Most Dogs, Not Good w/ Cats, Good w/ Kids and Adults
Personality: High Energy, Somewhat Dominant
Health: Spayed, Vaccinations Current

Sweet little Nugget is just that! A tiny little Staffy mix that came to us from DACC. She has recovered from Pyometra and is ready for her forever home! Nugget is a very happy, young girl. She is very active and will need daily mental and physical exercise. Her prey drive is extremely high, so I'm recommending she not go to a home with cats, small dogs, or small children. Nugget is working on all her manners and doing very well. She redirects well, chooses the appropriate toys to play with, is learning to walk on a loose leash, and is beginning obedience. She loves a squeaky tennis ball which will aid in her further development. She settles ... (Read More)nicely on the couch for tv and snuggle time and gives the sweetest little kisses. She takes treats gently. She is a bit bossy with the other dogs in my house and likes to have all the toys. She accepts correction well from my Labrador who doesn't tolerate any crap, but she takes advantage of my Staffy and tends to treat her as prey. She can get over stimulated quickly while playing with the other dogs, but is learning how to play appropriately. Exercise and leadership are key for this young, busy, sweet girl. She will run the household if she is allowed to. She is very quiet, clean, and non-detructive in her crate. Female Saffy mix 1-2 years best guess 35ish lbs Microchipped: Yes Spayed: Yes Up to date on vaccines: Yes Good with dogs: Yes with Med-Large companions. No small dogs. Good with cats: No due to prey drive Good with children: 10 and older only Housetrained: Yes Crate trained: Yes Obedience trained: No - she is a work in progress Leash trained: No - working on and she is doing well Heartworm Negative and on preventative Energy Level: High Temperament: Somewhat Dominant Adoption Fee: $200 If you need more information on Nugget you can email questions to her foster family at lori@divinecaninerescue.com If you would like to adopt please click on the link: http://www.divinecaninerescue.com/adoptable-divine-canines/adoption-application/ (Less)

American Staffordshire Terrier    Age: Puppy

Compatibility: Good with Most Dogs, Good with Kids and Adults
Personality: High Energy, Average Temperament
Health: Neutered, Vaccinations Current

Prince is an energetic and fun loving dog. I've had him since he was 10 weeks old. He is now 15 months and I am unable to keep him due to my rental lease. He needs a safe and loving home where he can run in a fenced yard and interact with a loving family. He is very affectionate and loves to be around people. He has been trained to sit and lay down on command and can walk on a leash. He likes doggie treats and will do anything for them. Like all dogs he initially barks at strangers but after consistent socialization (and treats) he can be easily won over. He is a sweet dog and companion!

Health: Neutered, Vaccinations Current

Hi! I'm Karl! I was adopted a couple of years ago after being found as a stray, but now I am available for adoption again. I am approximately 4 years old now, and am fully house broken. A little information about my personality is that I love to play and I like tons of dog toys and ropes that I like to prance around with. I love people, but I am full of energy. I have a very high chase instinct, so I need a home with no other pets and no children under the age of 14. I also require a fenced in yard, preferably a privacy fence. I would be best in a home with an experienced dog owner and adults only. I hope there is someone out there that ... (Read More)fits the bill because I would love to find a home for keeps! (Less)
