Rescue Me ID: 15-06-29-00596Diesel (male)

American Staffordshire Terrier Mix    Age: Young Adult

Compatibility: Good with Female Dogs Only, Good with Kids and Adults
Personality: Low Energy, Somewhat Dominant
Health: Neutered, Vaccinations Current

Diesel is an intelligent and highly trainable 2.5 yo Pit Mix. He's mastered basic obedience and has excellent house manners, though he will need some potty training. He's a low energy dog that rarely ever barks. He's happiest curling up next to you on the couch, or lounging around in the backyard. He needs to be in a house without male dogs, because he does have some dominant tendencies, but he adores female dogs. Cats are not recommended, simply because he shows too much interest, but with the appropriate training he could live with them.
